Волонтер, назначаемый НОК в качестве посредника между НОК, ОКОИ и общественностью города-организатора. НОК подбирает кандидатуру атташе, исходя из его/ее знания ситуации в городе-организаторе и близлежащих районах, наличия доступа к ресурсам, необходимым для оказания содействия НОК, а также знания страны, которую представляет НОК, и ее обычаев.

Olympic attaché
Volunteer selected by the NOC to serve as a liaison between the NOC, the OCOG and the Host City community. Attachés are selected by the NOC based on their knowledge of the Host City and outlying areas, their access to resources needed to assist the NOC, and their knowledge of the NOCs country and customs.
